Dr. Safwan Kabeer BSc (Hons) BDS graduated from University of Birmingham in 2021, winning the University of Birmingham ABAOMS prize in Oral Surgery. He has since honed his interest through surgical extractions & implant training. He also qualified with honours in Regenerative Medicine & Innovation Technology in Kings College London, with his research focussing on fluorescence to diagnose cracked tooth syndrome & planning innovative technology for precise administration of local anaesthetic. He also attained an extended project qualification (EPQ) focussing on the implications of oral bisphosphonates in clinical dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, he has obtained a Diploma in Islamic Studies & in his free time, he loves travelling & spiritual retreats having visited the Middle East, Central Asia & North Africa.
He is an avid podcast listener ranging from History to Current Affairs. He also enjoys cooking & hiking.
