ClearSmile Aligners
Home whitening
Clients with teeth discoloured by coffee, tea, red wine, certain medications, root canal treatment and aging, can now access easy to use products that have an instant and lasting tooth whitening effect.
How does it work?
Teeth whitening at home actually begins in the surgery, where we will take a mould of your teeth so our dental technician can make you a customised tray to precisely fit over your teeth. After fitting, the dentist will supply you with bleaching gel and give you a short tutorial on how to follow the course to completion.
Few hours a day?
You’ll need to wear the tray for a few hours each day, and within a few weeks you should achieve the long lasting tooth whitening that you desire.
A Clearer Way to Straighten Your Smile
ClearSmile Aligners offer a discreet and convenient way to improve the position of your teeth. The aligners are custom-made to fit comfortably over your teeth and are designed to guide them gradually towards their planned positions.
Because the aligners are clear and removable, they can fit naturally into your daily routine. You can remove them for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing, helping you maintain good oral hygiene throughout your treatment.
Why Choose ClearSmile Aligners?
- Clear and discreet appearance
- Custom-made for your smile
- Removable for meals and cleaning
- Smooth and comfortable design
- Carefully planned tooth movement
- Regular professional monitoring
How ClearSmile Aligners Work
Your treatment begins with a detailed consultation to assess your teeth, bite and smile goals. We will discuss the changes you would like to make and determine whether ClearSmile Aligners are suitable for you.
Digital scans or impressions are then taken to create your personalised treatment plan. A series of aligners is produced specifically for your teeth, with each aligner designed to make a small, controlled adjustment.
You will wear each aligner as instructed by your dentist before moving on to the next one in the series. Regular appointments allow us to check your progress and ensure your treatment is developing as planned.
Living With Your Aligners
Your aligners should be worn for the amount of time recommended by your dentist each day. They can be removed when eating, drinking anything other than water, brushing and flossing.
Keeping your aligners and teeth clean is important throughout treatment. We will provide clear instructions on caring for your aligners and maintaining your oral health.
After Your Treatment
Once your teeth have reached their planned positions, you will usually need to wear a retainer. This helps maintain your new smile and reduces the chance of your teeth moving back over time.
Your dentist will explain which type of retainer is recommended and how often it should be worn.
